Aspire Combat Sports Academy run full introduction courses that covers the fundamentals of Striking, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Wrestling. Following a basic formal syllabus put together by our head coaches – The course is designed for beginners brand new to the sport, to be able to learn and develop at a pace that’s comfortable for them.
Everyone in your classes will be beginners and the same experience level as you, allowing you to learn the basic skills without feeling intimidated or uncomfortable as some may feel in a more advanced class.

Yes! No matter your age, weight, sex or hair colour everyone can get involved and enjoy our intro classes.
A pair of shorts, a durable t-shirt or rash guard, a bottle of water and a towel. If you decide continue learning after taking the intro classes some specialist equipment such as gloves and guards will be needed moving forward.
Our Intro 2 courses are suitable for young adults 16 and over. There is no age limit however, if you happen to have any conditions that may effect your training please make your coaches aware prior to starting training.
Yes. When your coach believes you are able to progress into the advanced class he will let you know. In the meantime, enjoy your training.
